Dear Sir,

Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and to our Meeting with presence of M/s. CDPR held at Your Company Name Site Offices on Thursday, 12^th June, 2012 and further to the attached e-mail dated Wednesday, 27^th June, 2012 concerning the same, you are hereby requested to replace the two (2) damaged lifting handle with Zinc Anode at the earliest and to check the best way to loading and downloading of the pumps to keep the handles non-corrosion as you have agreed/confirmed within the aforesaid meeting.

Furthermore, and based on your promise stated during the same meeting and was supported by your e-mail dated 26^th June, 2012, we would like to inform you that you will be paid the annual maintenance full in Payment No. 42 as per the Contract and agreed by our Client M/s. CDPRvia attached e-mail.  

We awaiting for your early action in this regards, and as you are the main operator of the lifting station and all solutions must come through you in order to keep the station running in good functional status.

Dear Sir,

Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and further to your letter Ref. No. L-XCC-2012-121 dated 07^th March, 2012 concerning the same, we do hereby would like to draw your kind attention to the following points:

1. As per our Subcontract with you (Contract: 420 GT), the Subcontractor should abide with Second Schedule Chapter - C (Scope of Subcontract Works) in which the subcontractor is to take the necessary precautions to maintain/serve all lifting station equipments and devices as a major duty (please refer the attached).
2. As per Contract (Contract: 420 GT Reports) you have failed to maintain/add the aforesaid damages within your weekly reports in which have all abnormal issues that to be mentioned and further take necessary action where required.

Therefore, we do believe that the aforesaid corrosive is totally under your own responsibility, and you are required to study and submit to us your technical proposal to sort out the subject issue along with Method Statement and all required materials approval that you will use to settle the subject of corrosive.
