 Dear Sir,

With reference to the above-mentioned subject and further to Engineer comments on Shop Drawing Submittal Ref. No. xxxxx – Rev.00 Dated 26^th November,2022, please be noted that the Contractor did not receive any formal instruction for Variation Order; in order to proceed with the proposed Reinforcement concrete surround inside the Lagoon area L= 59.100 Mtr.

As good well, the Contractor has produced the related approved shop drawing Submittal Ref. No. xxxxx Dated 05^th December, 2022, for the same, however it cannot proceed with execution of the works until receiving the official instruction.

 This is for your kind information, record and further necessary action.
