No. xxxxx – Rev.00 Dated 26th November,2022, please be noted that the Contractor did not receive any formal instruction for Variation Order; in order to proceed with the proposed Reinforcement concrete surround inside the Lagoon area L= 59.100 Mtr.
As good well, the Contractor has produced the related approved shop drawing Submittal Ref. No. xxxxx Dated 05th December, 2022, for the same, however it cannot proceed with execution of the works until receiving the official instruction.
