Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and further to your letter dated 28^th December, 2010 along with proposed protection drawings; we have no objection to your proposal for the protection of existing collector line adjacent to your plot entrances (slab at a depth of 750mm from the surface level to avoid any caving of the soil below the road) and further follow the standard protection to the rest of the existing services incompliance with M/s. ZonesCorp Site rules and regulation.

Please note that you are fully responsible for the aforementioned works in case of any damages that might occur. All your works will be under our (xxxxx) supervision and all excavations to be executed manually.
