Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and further to Your Company Name Enforcement continuous site inspections, with regards to the cleanliness issue that has been spotted adjacent road Kalo  (Nirala Sweets) as shown the attached pictures done by your vehicles which is totally prohibited and against to M/s. LMC rules and regulations under the ‘Tenant Handbook’ Definitions, Passage No. 8 (8:1) i.e “all vehicles must be cleaned before leaving the site and applicant shall maintain the cleanliness of the entire carriage way”.

Therefore, under the authority provided to us by LMC; you are herby STRICTLY INSTRUCTED to take immediate action to clean the road and reinstate the carriageway to its pervious status, and keep/maintain required supervision to ensure that the works conducted on your plot do not harmfully affect to M/s. LMC and others property/assets and to keep up the city image to the satisfaction of M/s. LMC.

Moreover, you are hereby kindly advised to Apply for Temporary Access/Entrance Application (Application Forms attached) in order to provide a proper access road temporarily to your plot (Nirala Seweets) in which we believe that this is the only corrective procedure that to be taken to guarantee non repeatable of similar violation.

Your Company name await your full cooperation in regards to the site activities, failure to do so, will force us to elevate this matter to M/s. LMC Legal Department to take and enforce the necessary corrective procedures against you.

Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and further to M/s. Mutlan Town verbal instructions and to the attached e-mail dated 02nd January, 2014 and to TRUC Laboratory Analysis Report Ref. No. 1014-13 dated 16th December, 2013 based on the Agreement with Multan Municipality Cor. for the monitoring and enforcement of Tenant discharge operations along with the Authorized Multan Municipality Cor Laboratory Analysis Sample Report collected from your chamber/manhole at storage Area in which clearly stated that the COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) and BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) values are exceeding the maximum limits which will not be acceptable according to the M/s. Multan Town and MTC Tenant Discharge Control rules and regulation clause 4.2 & 4.3 (RSB).

Therefore, you are hereby strictly instructed to respect, obey and follow the RSB sewer rules and trade effluent control regulations as provided by M/s. Multan Town for safe and efficient sewerage/waste water services to MMC Tenants/customers and to the satisfaction of M/s. MMC. Moreover, you are hereby instructed to research and investigate the reason of such violation and immediately go through proper solution under your own cost.

Please note that Your Company Name will investigate the MMC sewer network and if find any violations, we will raise the issue to M/s. MMC and Incident report will be issued to the concerned authority for further necessary action and you will be penalized/charged.

Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and further to your company name continuous site inspections, we have spotted a violation that you have stored/piled excess materials and soil  illegally to the adjacent Plot Al Bila House at Fareed Town as shown the attached photographs without prior Notifications or any Approval from concerned Departments/Authorities which is totally prohibited and utterly against to M/s. Fareed Town rules and regulations, and the legal consequences shall apply and penalized for the same.

Therefore, under the authority provided to us by The Higher Corporation for Fareed Town; YOU ARE HEREBY STRICTLY INSTRUCTED TO STOP ALL YOUR SITE ACTIVITIES, and immediately coordinate with M/s. Fareed Town for further assistance in order to solve the aforesaid issue. You are fully responsible in case of any damages might be occurred to the existing underground utilities and road furniture.

Please advise your site representatives/Engineers to respect, obey and follow Your Company Name Procedures and M/s. Fareed Town site rules and regulations, we hope that this kind of act WILL NOT BE REPEATED.

Moreover, please note that the Tenants SHOULD NOT be permitted to encroach or to dump/stock any materials outside of your permitted plot limit or in the service corridor area unless you have permit from M/s. Fareed Town.  (Service corridor area should be cleared from any construction stuff incompliance to M/s. Fareed Town site rules & regulations).

We await your full cooperation to resolve the aforesaid, failure to do so will force us to elevate this matter to M/s. Fareed Town Legal Department to take and enforce the necessary corrective procedures through Security officers (M/s. Al Fateh Security) whom are representing M/s. Fareed Town HSE Department.

We refer to our meeting held on Monday, 02nd September, 2013 at Your company name Site Offices in presence of yourself, your safety officer along with your company name Management and Safety officer in which you promised to fulfill all safety measures during your site activities.

Further to our/your company name Team continuous site inspections (Photos captured), we have your company name have spotted damages to PTCL communication cable pipes (4 pipelines) as showing in the attached photos resulted by your mechanical excavation operations adjacent to the road Hattar Industrial City and you are fully responsible for the damages occurred.

Under the authority provided to us by New Town Management; you are herby strictly instructed to coordinate with PTCL Contractor /Technician to inspect/check and to do the necessary corrective procedures to reinstate the damaged PTCL pipe to its operational status under the supervision of your company name Team. NO BACKFILL is allowed until trenches are inspected by your company name Team along with Clearance /NOC from PTCL Telecommunication Department Pakistan.

Hopping this act will not to be repeated and pay more attention to M/s. New Town services.

We await your full cooperation, failure to do so will force us to elevate this matter to M/s. New Town HSE Department and their Security Office for them to take and enforce the necessary corrective procedures against you.
