Dear Sir,

Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and further to your letter Ref. No. FIBCONT/PPM003/13841/2013-EA dated 03^rd January, 2014 along with signed Applications and drawing concerning the same, please be informed that Your Company Name have reviewed your submittal and No Objection to proceed with your drainage connection works at site according to the submitted drawings and LMC standards incompliance with M/s. Model Town rules and regulations.

However, you CANNOT DISCHARGE to the system till you get final approval from the Model Town Management and all your excavations to be executed manually (only Manual excavations allowed at service Corridor).

Please find attached herewith the RSB -Tenant Discharge Control Rules (CD-Soft copy) for your review, respect, obey and follow the RSB sewer rules and trade effluent control regulations as provided by M/s. Model Town for safe and efficient sewerage/waste water services to Model Town Area Tenants/customers and to the satisfaction of M/s. Model Town Management.

Note: Commencement and completion of your sewer connection works must be within two (2) months from the date of issuance this approval and a set of As Built drawing (Hard + Soft copies) to be provided to Your Company Name upon completion and certification request for Clearance.
