Dear Sir,

Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and further to your letter Ref. No. LO13050_Z1336 dated 25^th December, 2013 concerning the same, please be informed that Your company name have no objection to proceed with your Temporary Access/Entrance only at site according to the attached drawing Ref. No. TRF/T/AS-1 incompliance with M/s. Bahria Town rules and regulations on a condition, based to maintaining and protecting the existing utility services and further to reinstate the site as previous status once you finished/completed your works and we recommend use/apply the permanent road access/ entrance for the same.

Please note that you CANNOT USE any equipments/mechanical excavation over the service corridor, and further you are fully responsible for the aforementioned activities in case of any damages might occur to M/s. Bharia Town assets and all the works will be under our (Your company name) Supervision.

This NOC/Clearance is only for temporary access/entrance to be applied upon completion of the above to enable you to proceed with internal activities inside Plot and Your company name has the authority to cancel/withdraw the permit once we notify any violation at Site.

However, Temporary Fence and Project Signboard Permit/Approval to be applied and to obtain directly from M/s. Bharia Town – ESD and further issue the same to us prior commence Temporary Access/Entrance works at site.

Prior site commencement of works, you are required to coordinate with Your company name Team Tel: 042-455512345/042-57893502 for further details/clarifications and assistance.
