Dear Sir,

Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and to the attached email dated 16^th September, 2012 and further to your submitted Amended Performance Bond (Ref. No.MRD1003500017 dated 30^th November, 2011) via your letter Ref. L-AU/MOD/H-2011-202 dated 04^th December, 2011 concerning the same, please be informed that the aforesaid Performance Bond for the Water lifting/pumping station operations and maintenance at Model Town Multan Project is expired.

Therefore, you are hereby kindly requested to submit the amended Performance Bond for the fifth (5) year (From July, 2012 to July, 2013) in order to proceed with your subsequent monthly claim for the Water lifting/pumping station operations and maintenance works.
