Dear Sir,

Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and further to your letter dated 20^th May, 2010 to M/s. POF and to the signed Tenant Access Approval Form, kindly be informed that we have no objection to proceed with your activities at site as per the submitted drawing and in compliance with the comments mentioned in the aforesaid Form which is stating that the existing two numbers of storm water inlet shall be changed/adjusted with the heavy duty flush inlet. We hereby attached the shop drawings for the existing service protections and required future ducts under your entrance for action.

Moreover, you are fully responsible for the aforementioned works in case of any damages     occurs, and all the works shall be under our supervision. In the mean time, you shall approach the other utility providers such as M/s. Sui Nothern Gas (O&M), Wapada, TMA and PTCL for further clearance.
