Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and further to your letter Ref. No. BYGC/17E/3096 dated 26^th April, 2012 in which you are requesting Mechanical Excavation permit for the Access/Entrance works at M/s. Baghban Society, please be informed that as per your aforesaid Undertaking letter YOUR COMPANY NAME have no objection to proceed with your activity at site incompliance with M/s. Lahore Municipality site rules and regulations.

Please note that you are fully responsible for the aforementioned works in case of any damages that might occur to the existing underground services during your mechanical excavation works.

Moreover, all your excavation to be carried out under YOUR COMPANY NAME control and the mechanical excavations to be executed with high attention as per M/s. Lahore Municipality rules (Maximum 60 cm depth) and far from the close services, the rest to be executed manually especially beneath HV Cable area.
