Reference is made to the above mentioned subject, please find attached herewith the fourth year (4) Breakdown Cost (July, 2011 to June, 2012) for operation and maintenance of Water Pumping Station at Model Town Multan as per the Contract Agreement.  

Moreover, you are requested to submit the amended performance bond for 4^th year at the earliest in order to forward to our Accounts Departments to facilitate monthly payment claims.
