Dear Sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject and to our continuous site inspection, please find attached herewith photos shows that your contractors damaged the Interlocking tiles in front of your factory area (factory name) during the construction as they spilled concrete over the tiles.

Therefore, you are fully responsible for the aforementioned damages and you have to replace the interlocking tiles if it cannot be cleaned.  Please instruct your contractor to keep the city clean and to follow the site rules & regulations so that such violations will not be repeated.
