Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and to out letter Ref. No.  TT/RE/12/006 dated 13^th October, 2012 concerning the same, YOUR COMPANY NAME hereby would like to remind you that the aforesaid Performance Bond for the Water lifting/pumping station operations and maintenance at Model Town Multan Project is expired.

Therefore, we pleased to  remind you to submit the amended Performance Bond for the fifth (5) year (From July, 2012 to July, 2013) at the earliest in order to proceed with your subsequent monthly claim for the Water lifting/pumping station operations and maintenance works.
