Dear Sir,

Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and further to your letter Ref. No. (NIL) dated
22^nd December, 2014 along with the signed Tenant Access Application Form, related documents and required drawings concerning the same, please be informed that YOUR COMPANY NAME have no objection to proceed with your activities at site as per the submitted drawings and comments as mentioned in Approval Form (i.e. The existing storm water inlet (IN/97/01/05) to be adjusted to the road level with heavy duty cover, Sewer Manhole close to Access line to be protected and avoided as per attached and Trash bin location to be provided) in compliance with M/s. CDA Islamabad Site rules and regulation.

We hereby attach the shop drawing Ref. No. CDA/TMA/Rawal/lakes/PLOTS-273 & 274 for the existing service protections and required future ducts at your entrance for your easy reference. 

Please note that you are fully responsible for the aforementioned works in case of any damages that might occur. All works will be under our supervision and all excavations to be executed manually.

Note: Commencement and completion of your Access Plot works must be within two (2) months from the date of issuance this approval and a set of As Built drawing (Hard + Soft copies) to be provided to YOUR COMPANY NAME upon completion and certification request for Clearance (NOC).
