Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and further to your letter Ref. No.
NILL  dated 05^h April 2015 concerning the same, and in accordance to YOUR COMPANY NAME  site inspection to the Sewer Connection works at Factory. Volata Works (Manhole No. MH P6-3A) Hattar Sewer Network  at Hattar Haripuur, YOU COMPANY NAME  hereby do certify that the aforesaid sewer connection works were executed and completed as per the provided photographs, shop drawings and according to the endorsed YOUR COMPANY NAME Application Forms and Undertaking, in compliance with M/s. YOUR CLINET NAME site rules and regulations.

Please find herewith the attached drawing Ref #; HATTAR/SEWER/045 for EXISTING SEWER CONNECTION for the M/s. Volat Works Hattar.

Furthermore, you will be fully responsible for the above connection in case of any leakage, blockage or damages might occur in future.

THIS NOC/CLEARANCE IS NOT CONSIDERED FOR DISCHARGING.

For discharging, you are required to fulfill and endorse (sign & stamp) the provided Application Form (Sewer Discharge Five Year Forecast) along with the soft copy of RSB – sewer effluent regulations & guide, and further submit the aforesaid application along with undertaking letter  directly to M/s. ZonesCorp-ESD for further permission for the same.
