Approval for Sewage Disposal by Tankers

Dear Sir,

Reference to the above to the above mentioned subject and further to your letter dated 30^th August, 2010 concerning the same, in order to process your request for the sewage disposal; you are requested to confirm the following:

1. The Name of the Tenants with Plot Number and location.
2. Type of business/industry.
3. The type of effluent whether it is domestic or industrial, characteristic of effluent should be defined.
4. The expected valium of the daily effluent.
5. Premises/site drainage arrangements, measures must be taken to ensure no seepage of ground water into the drainage system in order to ensure a level of salinity within the acceptable level.
6. Details of tankers, including drivers name and plate.

Moreover, the request for the approval for the “Sewage Disposal by Tankers” should be issued by the Tenant taking the responsibility accordingly.
