Dear Sir,

We refer to your letter Ref. no. TTC/LLH/10/005 received on 07^th January, 2016 and to all our correspondence regarding above mentioned subject. We would like to draw your kind attention that as per the Client’s instruction we deployed Guard-man since October, 2009 and he is working for night shift out side office to secure the office and in case of any emergency to inform the concerned authority.

Please note that this is our scheduled item and you are not providing the facility as per signed contract Tunnel. 44/ 2007  

However, as per your affirmation we will take out Guard-man towards Thursday, 07^th January, 2019 and be informing that we will not be responsible for outside and inside the property for Tunnel 44  Office and you will be fully responsible for any theft or any other incidents could be happen in future.
