 At Accommodation Complex

Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and further to inspection reports and to attached e-mail along with photos which against Safety rules/guidelines/policy/standards. Therefore, you are hereby strictly instructed to follow/obey/respect the safety rules as declared by Accommodation Complex and keep/maintain the accommodation complex always in safe. Banned/Flammable items (carpets, extra furniture, cooking utensils and electric heaters should be removed immediately out of the rooms and the accommodation complex and it is a highly important to clean and reorganize the rooms to it is original/default status in order to avoid any fines. All the cupboards should be in one line along with the room wall and should not be used as a partition of the room which blocks the free access in case of Fire/Emergency. If failure to abide the instruction and guidelines, you will be officially warned as per HR Policy, and if found any fine you will be responsible to handle the penalty. FOR Your Company Name
