Refer to your letter ref no. L-HRP-2010-030, dated 17^th February 2010 regarding the above mentioned subject for the value of RS 62,227.00, which is expostulated by our Finance department due to your previous commitment as mentioned in your letter Ref No. L/PAK/HRP/08/084902/217 dated 21^st September 2008.

We aware that our contract value consist of 3 cities, but your submitted Performance Bond only cover the Haripur TMA Area second year Value not tenure (June 2009 to 31^st July 2010)

Therefore, you are kindly requested to submit your proposal for the schedule of Performance Bond for future up to the end of contract (June 2013) and try to avoid submitting several Bonds on yearly basis for the Spare Parts and Furniture Supply. We suggest, Please arrange a meeting before take any action.
