Dear Sir,

Reference is made to the above mentioned subject, please find attached M/s DHQ Hospital letter Ref. No. ESD/MreR/345/11 dated 12^th June, 2011 in which our Client (M/s. DHQ Hospital) mentioned that M/s. XXXX (Sub-contractor) is fully responsible for fault/breakdown occurred to the lifting carne due to their failure in carryout the required maintenance as per the Contract Agreement incompliance with Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Book.  

Therefore, you are required to repair the damaged lifting crane in time for the operation works at your own cost.

Furthermore, you are requested to review the attached aforesaid letter and pleas reply to us the earliest in order to forward to our Client (M/s. DHQ Hospital).
