Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and in accordance to YOUR COMPANY NAME Team continuous site inspections (Photos captured); you are hereby informed that your water connection civil works is not accepted according TMA standards and site rules and regulations.

Therefore, you are hereby instructed to adjust the water pipe line and manhole with the land level and as per TMA standards incompliance with YOUR COMPANY NAME site rules and regulations.  

Moreover, you are fully responsible for the aforesaid works in case of any damages might occur, and all your site commencement will be under YOUR COMPANY NAME supervision. Prior site commencement of works, you required to fulfill (stamp & sign) and submitted to us the attached Application Forms (Excavation Application, Undertaking Letter) for further approval.
