Under the authority provided to us by The Kareem Abad Management; you are herby strictly instructed to coordinate with PTCL Contractor /Technician to inspect/check and to do the necessary corrective procedures to reinstate the damaged Etisalat pipe to its operational status under the supervision of AJC HFM Team. NO BACKFILL is allowed until trenches are inspected by Your Company Name  Team along with Clearance /NOC from PTCL Telecommunication Lahore.

Hopping this act will not to be repeated and pay more attention to M/s. Kareem Abad services.

We await your full cooperation, failure to do so will force us to elevate this matter to M/s. Kareem Abad HSE Department and their Security Office for them to take and enforce the necessary corrective procedures against you.

Therefore, under the authority provided by The Kareem Abad Management you are hereby STRICTLY INSTRUCTED to do the necessary rectification and reinstate the damaged curbstones and to take corrective procedures and make sure that all your drivers are following /obeying /respecting the traffic rules and regulations at Lahore State, and to take immediate action to clean the area and reinstate the carriageway to its pervious status to the satisfaction of M/s. Kareem Abad Management.

We never encourage/allow violating the rules. Hoping that such type of act WILL NOT BE REPEATED in order to avoid and prevent any unexpected accident that may result human injury.
