Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and further to the Monthly meeting that was held on 3/06/2010 at Andra Site office in which you have promised to provide the irrigation system valves (Solenoid Valves 16 Nos), kindly be requested or immediate action to provide us schedule of delivery for the same in order to enable the system remaining automatically avoiding any breakdown.

However, in case you have any reasonable reasons to the delays please inform us and further provide us with your required action how to expedite the delivery to the convenience and satisfaction of the TMA India and Nagpur in order to avoid any finance impact.
