Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and further to our previous Contract concerning the same (copy attached), please find attached herewith the BOQ along with General Information/Contract Conditions, Technical Specifications, Location Map and detailed/shop drawing for the lifting/pumping station at Green Hours Town Haripur Hazara.

As per our Client request (GHT under Provisional sum), you are kindly requested to provide us your revised quotation for the same which includes office backup supports, maintenance and workmanship in accordance Operation and Maintenance manual and as per attached BOQ in order to carry out the lifting station works at GHT Haripur Hazara under The Your Company Name.

Please take into account full capacity operation to GHT lifting station.

As Your Company Name recommendation, and prior offering your rate, please have a site visit jointly to the GHT Lifting Station and advice where need any modifications or rectifications prior operation started.
