Dear Sir,

Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and in accordance to Thursday, 13^th May, 2010 jointly site visit at Hattar Project at Haripur in presents of M/s. TMA representatives, Your Company name Engineer and M/s. Sub-Contractor name, we hereby do confirm your taking over the Irrigation System including the automatic system (Computer software and controllers) at Hattar Haripur completely.

Therefore, M/s. Sub-Contractor Name from now on will be fully responsible for operating and maintaining the said system according to the contract and further responsible to keep the irrigation system working/operating automatically as been handed over by M/s. third party name on 13^th May, 2010.
