Dear Sir,

We refer to your letter Ref. No. CSDS/ALDN/LTR-0354/10 dated 28^th February, 2010 regarding the above mentioned subject. We would like to inform you that the sand removal is the part of our signed contract (under your scope of work) even though, the unexpected weather condition (sandstorm) it might be caused damages to the seasonal flowers and you may required to remove additional sand from landscaping works.

Therefore, the additional estimated cost of the aforementioned works will discussed and finalized jointly with our client and consultant. At the mean time, please coordinate with our representative Engineer and the consultant Engineer for the additional works and replacement of dead seasonal plant.
