Dear Sir,

Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and further to the Contract Agreement via attached letter Ref No. GHT/Awan/6282 dated 15^th September, 2008 and further to our Client instructions and site requirements, you are requested to commence your activity for the operation and maintenance of sewerage pumping/lifting station at Awan Colony based on Contract Agreement Conditions incompliance with M/s. Your Client Name rules and regulations.

Prior site commencement you are required to submit all the related documents, mobilization schedule, organization chart and CV/resume of key person…etc within/before Thursday, 24^th May, 2012 in order to present our Client M/s. Your Client Name for review and further approval to commence the operation and maintenance of Awan Colony Lifting Station at the earliest.   

As Your Company Name recommendation, and prior offering your rate, please have a site visit jointly to the Awan Colony Lifting Station and advice where need any modifications or rectifications prior operation started.

Moreover, and due to the present situation of Awan Colony Sewer Wastage flow with low average. You are hereby requested to provide alternative rates/quotations representing operation and maintenance of Awan Colony Lifting station with capacity of 30% only as per Client demand.
