Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and further to your submittal for the Yearly Inspection Report No. 3 (2012) dated 30^th May, 2012 concerning the same, we have reviewed and noticed that the Yearly Inspection Report No. 3 (May, 2012) is not prepared according to standard/BD Cost/subsequent claim (Payment No. 34).

Therefore, you are requested to evaluate and modify the Yearly Inspection Report No. 3 for the operation and maintenance of sewerage pumping/lifting station at Hattar Industrial City based on the subsequent claim (Payment No. 34) as yearly scheduled item wise (13.11 to 13.18) separately highlighted on attached copy and further submit to us as early as possible in order to forward to our Client M/s. Zaman Indu.
