Noncompliance of Traffic Rules and Regulations

Dear Sir,

Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and to the attached Incident Report Ref. No. 166 dated 02^nd January, 2014 and further to Your Company Name continuous site inspections, we have spotted a Traffic violations done by your heavy vehicle driving/crossing over the interlock in median and drive opposite road direction as a short cut through going out of your plot/site as showing the attached photographs which this act is very risky/ dangerous, and totally prohibited and against to the Lahore Traffic Police rules and regulations.

Therefore, under the authority provided by The Kareem Abad Management you are hereby STRICTLY INSTRUCTED to do the necessary rectification and reinstate the damaged curbstones and to take corrective procedures and make sure that all your drivers are following /obeying /respecting the traffic rules and regulations at Lahore State, and to take immediate action to clean the area and reinstate the carriageway to its pervious status to the satisfaction of M/s. Kareem Abad Management.

We never encourage/allow violating the rules. Hoping that such type of act WILL NOT BE REPEATED in order to avoid and prevent any unexpected accident that may result human injury.

We await your full cooperation, failure to do so will force us to elevate this matter to M/s. Kareem Abad Management and their Security Office for them to take and enforce the necessary corrective procedures which will not be less than preventing to enter the site again.
