Dear Sir,
Reference is made to the above
mentioned subject, and further to your letter Ref. No.
2015/004/ رعdated 24th April 2015 received 25th April 2015, along with M/s. Kareem Town Clearance via attached letter Ref. No. XS/222/15 dated 23rd April 2015 concerning the same, Your Company Name has no objection to proceed with your site activities, Temporary Access/Entrance at site according to the attached drawing Ref. No. DSS-114 and for your Temporary Fence works, posts to be erected within the plot boundary except the front side of the road is allowed to be erected 2.0mtr (Maximum) distance away from the plot and for your Project Signboard, please find attached drawing Ref. No. CDSS-113 depicting the specifications and details for the same in compliance with M/s. Kareem Town site rules and regulations on a condition based to maintaining and protecting the existing utility services and further to reinstate the site as previous status once you finished/completed your works and we recommend to use/apply the permanent road Access/Entrance for the same.

Please note that you CANNOT
USE any equipment/mechanical excavation over service corridor, and further you
are fully responsible for the aforesaid activities in case of any damages might
occur to M/s. Kareem Town assets and all works will be under Your Company Name
supervision
This NOC/Clearance is temporary
to be applied upon completion of the above to enable you to proceed with
internal activities inside Plot and Your Company Name has the authority to
cancel/withdraw the permit once we notify any violation at Site.
Prior site commencement of works,
