Dear Sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject and further to your letter Ref: No. DSSSS032/B/LNM/2015/114 dated 14^th April, 2015 received 16th April, 2015 along with TMA approval letter ref: no. RRFF/11/200/15 dated 14th April, 2015 addressed to M/s. Wapada and along with signed applications forms; in which you are requesting permit for laying of
HV cables at Kareen Town at Haripur City.

Please be informed that, your submittal have been checked & reviewed by us and we have
No Objection to proceed with the aforesaid site activities at Kareen Town at Haripur City., as per the following conditions in compliance with M/s. Wapada rules and regulation.

1)      You are fully responsible for the aforementioned works in case of any damages that might occur to the existing underground services during your Manual Excavation works and site situation to be reinstated to its original status.

v  Please see the attached drawing ref #; KK/TT/45/47
        for the existing underground services.

2)      Trial pits to be executed in presence of your company name to investigate the underground utilities prior any site works commencement (Set of as Built attached for reference only).

3)      All your excavation to be executed manually only under Your Company Name control.

4)      You are requested to coordinate with Your Company Name Team in order to advice in regards to the trial pits 1.5m depth of each 15m to be done along the proposed trench route. Trial pits must be investigated by Your Company Name Team and all the site safety measures to be applied.

5)      All of the above is subjected to UNION GAS Permit approval which must be obtained in the Vicinity of the Gas Pipe and presented to AJC HFM prior site operations.

6)      Set of (As Built) is to be provided (Hard & Soft copies) upon completion of works and issuance of Completion Certificate.

7)      The above permit is withdrawn once the site condition is not clear based on your company name recommendation.

8)      Completion Certificate issuance is mandatory requirement upon completion, in order to allow M/s. Wapada to clear your site works, and advise your Client with the same.
